Orders & Delivery
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. You can choose from four time slots: 9AM-12PM, 12PM-3PM, 3PM-6PM, and 6PM-9PM.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Orders placed before 12:00 PM can be delivered the same day, subject to availability in your area.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Cairo, Giza, 6th October, New Cairo, and Sheikh Zayed. Please check the delivery calculator at checkout for exact fees and availability.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely! You can choose any delivery date up to 14 days in advance during checkout.
What if the recipient is not available?
Our delivery team will call the recipient before delivery. If they're unavailable, we'll coordinate a suitable time or leave the flowers with a neighbor or building security with permission.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Pay on Pickup, and credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery fees vary by location, typically ranging from EGP 50-100. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Minimum order values vary by area. You'll see any minimum requirements when entering your delivery address at checkout.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! You can apply discount codes during checkout in the payment step. Codes cannot be combined and are subject to terms and conditions.
Products & Freshness
How fresh are your flowers?
All our flowers are sourced fresh daily. We guarantee premium quality and freshness in every arrangement.
How long will the flowers last?
With proper care, most arrangements last 5-7 days. We provide care instructions with every order.
Can I customize my bouquet?
Yes! You can add gift wrapping, greeting cards, and special messages to personalize your order.
Do you offer vase arrangements?
Many of our products come in premium vases or boxes. Check product descriptions for details.
Pickup Orders
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes! Select 'Pay on Pickup' during checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Where can I pick up my order?
Our pickup location will be confirmed via email after you place your order. We'll send you the exact address and directions.
When can I pick up my order?
Most orders are ready for pickup within 2-4 hours. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
Account & Tracking
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access order history.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.
Will I receive order updates?
Yes! We'll send you email notifications when your order is confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.
Returns & Issues
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there's any issue, and we'll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on the situation. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy or contact customer service.
What if flowers arrive damaged?
In the rare case of damaged flowers, please take photos and contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
