• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Pay on Pickup, and credit/debit card payments through secure payment gateways.
• Payment Processing: Payment must be completed before your order is processed for delivery or pickup.
• Taxes: All displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders and Delivery

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery:

• We deliver to Cairo, Giza, 6th October, New Cairo, and Sheikh Zayed.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected time slot.
• Delivery fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
• If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or leave the order with a neighbor/building security.

Pickup Orders: If you select "Pay on Pickup," you must collect your order from our specified location within the timeframe provided in your confirmation email.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Once an order is being prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds and Returns:

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion.
• We may require photographic evidence of any quality issues.

7. Intellectual Property
