Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas in Egypt:

Delivery Times
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary by location and typically range from EGP 50-100. The exact delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
💡 Tip: Some areas have minimum order requirements. You'll see these clearly during checkout.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability in your area. Select your preferred time slot during checkout.
Scheduled Delivery
You can schedule delivery for any date up to 14 days in advance. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions!
Pickup Option
Prefer to pick up your order in person? No problem! Select "Pay on Pickup" during checkout.
How Pickup Works:

- 2We'll prepare your order (usually 2-4 hours)
- 3Receive email notification when ready
- 4Pick up at our location and pay in-store

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our flowers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:

How to Report an Issue
If there's an issue with your order:
- 1. Take clear photos of the product

- 3. Include your order number and description
- 4. We'll respond within 24 hours
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once flowers are prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
